Please note that I reserve the right to change my TOU as needed

All tutorials are created and written by me using Paint Shop Pro 9 and XI & Animation Shop 3

They were written with the beginner and advanced users in mind.

The author assumes that you have some basic working knowledge of the programs.

They are copyrighted to me and registered with TWI.

Any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

You MUST NOT copy, translate, steal and claim them as your own.

Any finished tags you create from my tutorials are yours to do what you wish,

but they cannot be used for monetary gain, and absolutely no blanks are allowed.

You can text link to my tutorials (I would be glad to know where they are linked to…)

and remember that hot linking is bandwidth theft and is strictly forbidden.

All supplies used are from free scrap kits, some paid scrap kits, copyright safe group shares.

Please do not ask for supplies I have not shared.

All artwork used are done so with purchased licenses

through MPT, CILM, UYA, AMI, independent artists,

and under General and Granted Artist Permissions.
